In order to encourage a darker, more fatal combat environment, a system of wounding is being implemented.
When your character has taken 25% of its hit points in damage, they will begin to suffer a -1 penalty to all attack rolls, saving throws and skill checks. This penalty increases to -2 at 50% and -3 at 75%. This penalty can be reduced by any form of healing, though even if healed back to full a -1 will remain until the character has had eight hours of rest.
